SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN MALAYSIA
Currently, we only provide shipping to Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
Postage Fees & Charges
smlmatric.com charges only RM 9 per purchase for a single consignee for Peninsular Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
West Malaysia - Purchase more than RM100 (*Includes GST) in a single order.
East Malaysia - Purchase more than RM150 (*Includes GST) in a single order.
Your parcels are delivered using the following courier services Citylink/Poslaju/TaQbin/SFExpress (Mon - Fri (except public holiday))
Currently we only available to ship to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing. (unless special case)
SML MATRIC SDN. BHD. process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-3 days (Pos Laju) or 5-7 days (Registered Post) after it is sent.
SML MATRIC SDN. BHD. aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
We strictly do not deliver to P.O. Box due to unforeseen security issues. Hence, please ensure the shipping address provided is of legitimate and reachable by standard courier companies, i.e residential or office address.
During Promotion Periods
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back to us.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
- Items bought during promotional events are not eligible for return and exchange.

The resend item will arrange with random courier.
Please provide the return parcel tracking number , if not please bear your own risk.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only.
You can choose to have either a prorated refund of store credit ( if order has applied promotion code ) to your smlmatric.com Account or bank account ( within 1-14 working days).
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services. All returns request after >7 working days of parcel delivery will not be approved.
